Located on the peninsula between Iron Cove and Five Dock Bay, Drummoyne is six kilometers west of Sydney and is surrounded by Sydney Harbour and the Parramatta River. With some of Sydney’s best water front views, the shoreline has a number of apartment complexes to take advantage of the water views.
Project Design Brief
The designers of this boutique waterfront apartment block were instructed by the client to find a drainage system with a high level of slip resistance and manufactured from a material that would be durable against salt water.

- Both channel and grate were manufactured from grade 316 stainless steel to provide a high level of corrosion resistance for water-front applications
- 5 Star Heelsafe® Anti-Slip grates have a slip resistance level of P4 (AS 4586)
- Aesthetically, stainless steel blends with the light colour terrazzo tiles
